Buying a brand new condo, do I require a home inspection services?

- It's always a good idea to get a new home purchase checked out. You never know where the bulider may have tried to save money and done something wrong.
- I know someone that purchased a new construction home and had many issues with the roof and foundation. This would have been prevented with a home inspection. It is even more important to obtain an inspection on new construction. On older homes, you know they are still standing the test of time. On new homes, some problems haven't had time to settle in. Please spend the couple hundred bucks and get the inspection. It could save you thousands!!! And if it checks out good, you will sleep better at night. Good Luck!!
- it should have a one year warranty on it so i would say no
